Biography

Nisa Leung joined our Board in 2014.

Ms. Leung brings to our Board significant venture capital experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in China, as well as extensive corporate governance experience through her service on the boards of many publicly listed companies.

Ms. Leung is a Managing Partner at Qiming Venture Partners, where she leads its health care investments. In addition, she is a visiting lecturer at Harvard Law School and a member of Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council, and she serves as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”).

Ms. Leung received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
