March 2022 ,Zai Lab presented positive results from the Phase 3 PRIME study of ZEJULA (niraparib) as maintenance therapy at theSociety of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) Annual Meeting. In the PRIME study, median progression-free survival (mPFS) was significantly longer for patients treated with niraparib compared to placebo: 24.8 months versus 8.3 months, hazard ratio (HR), 0.45; p<0.001. Other pre-specified efficacy results included:- gBRCAmut patients: mPFS was not reached vs. 10.8 months; HR and 95% CI: 0.40 (0.23, 0.68).

For patients in the 2-THE-TOP trial:- mPFS was 12.1 months, compared with 7.9 months for the matched-control patients in EF-14 (hazard ratio=0.46, p=0.033).
